Goalz Chocolates

Yes! Our chocolates are designed to be low in carbs, making them a perfect choice for those following a ketogenic diet. Our dark chocolate products have only 1g net carbs, and our milk chocolate products have only 2g net carbs. We carefully select ingredients that help maintain stable blood glucose levels—two key factors for success on the keto diet. We use allulose, a natural sugar substitute that tastes like sugar without any aftertaste, ensuring that our chocolates stay both delicious and keto-friendly.

Yes, the sweetener we use—allulose—is diabetic-friendly with a very low glycemic index, meaning it typically doesn’t cause blood sugar spikes. Many of our diabetic customers enjoy our chocolates. However, please note that every individual’s body reacts differently, so we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before introducing new products into your routine.

  • Vegan: Our dark chocolates are completely vegan*.
  • Dairy-Free: Our dark chocolates are dairy-free, but our grass-fed milk chocolates do contain dairy*.
  • Gluten-Free: None of our ingredients contain gluten, and our facility does not process gluten-containing foods. However, we do not advertise our products as officially gluten-free because some of the ingredients we use, such as nuts, are not labeled as gluten-free. While the risk is minimal, there is a small chance of trace amounts of gluten being present in our chocolates due to cross-contamination.
  • Soy-Free: All of our products are soy-free.
  • Nuts: Our products are made in facilities that handle peanuts and tree nuts. Although we take great care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely nut-free. Please exercise caution if you have allergies to nuts.

*Kindly note that both our dark and milk chocolates are processed in the same equipment and facility. 

No, our chocolates do not contain seed oils or any other oils apart from pure cocoa butter. We believe in keeping our ingredients simple and clean, using only the finest, naturally sourced cocoa butter to give our chocolates their smooth and velvety texture. You won’t find any unnecessary oils or additives in our products, just pure indulgence.

No! We make our gourmet sugar-free chocolates daily in small batches and then ship them out promptly. They never sit on shelves, so preservatives aren’t required. Enjoy the freshest low-carb chocolates! All our products are 100% natural and contain no artificial ingredients.

Never! Because our low-carb chocolates are sweetened with allulose, there’s no unpleasant aftertaste to mask. We only use the finest ingredients, masterfully combined, to create chocolates with rich, decadent flavors. No fillers whatsoever—just the good stuff!

We use allulose, a naturally occurring sugar found in fruits like figs and grapes. Its molecular structure is similar to regular sugar but is not metabolized by the body, so it doesn’t raise blood sugar or insulin levels. Allulose tastes just like sugar, with no aftertaste commonly associated with other sugar substitutes such as erythritol, stevia, or monk fruit.

Yes, all of our ingredients are from non-GMO sources, including our allulose. We prioritize using the highest quality, responsibly sourced ingredients to ensure that our products are both delicious and free from genetically modified organisms. Yes, we are committed to ethical sourcing. All of our chocolate is Fair Trade, and we source our cocoa beans from climate-smart, sustainable farms that avoid child labor and promote transparency in their practices.

Yes! Furthermore, allulose made history as the first “sugar” that can be excluded from total and added sugar counts on product labels!

Currently, our chocolates are available exclusively on our website. This ensures that each piece is handmade fresh in small batches before shipping your order, maintaining the highest quality and freshness.

Our chocolates are uniquely crafted into Mendiant-style, circular discs, and packaged in elegant tubes. Each tube contains the equivalent to six regular chocolate bars, offering more chocolate in a sleek and sophisticated form. The design serves several purposes:

  • Damage Prevention: It helps minimize breakage during shipping, ensuring your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
  • Portion Control: The individual discs are ideal for portion control, with three discs making up a single serving. This allows you to enjoy the perfect amount without overindulging.

Whether you're enjoying a quick treat or savoring a longer moment of indulgence, our tube design offers both elegance and convenience in every bite.

For our dark chocolates, the only ingredients are cocoa bean (cocoa mass and cocoa butter) and allulose. Our milk chocolates contain the same base ingredients, plus whole milk and cream for a creamy, indulgent flavor. For every product, you can find the detailed ingredient list in the third image and the nutritional facts in the fourth image on the product page.

Chocolate & Allulose Baking

 Absolutely! Both our dark and milk chocolate discs are designed to melt smoothly, just like regular chocolate, making them perfect for baking. You can easily chop them up and use them in cookies, cakes, bars, or other baked goods. Whether you're making a batch of chocolate chip cookies or a rich chocolate cake, you can count on our chocolates to melt and spread beautifully, providing the same results as traditional chocolate. The same applies to our allulose-sweetened 60% and 75% sugar-free chocolate chips, which melt and bake just like regular chocolate chips, but with the added benefit of being sugar-free.

Yes, allulose is an excellent substitute for regular sugar and can be used in most recipes at a 1:1 to 1:1 1/3 ratio. It mimics the taste and texture of traditional sugar, making it an easy and seamless swap in your favorite recipes. Our Goalz Powdered Allulose is finely ground, making it ideal for both baking and confectionery. It also doesn’t cause blood sugar spikes, making it an excellent option for those looking to enjoy sweet treats without the added sugar.

Goalz Allulose is particularly effective for making frosting, icing, or other desserts that typically require powdered sugar, delivering a smooth, sweet finish without the calories of regular sugar. However, it’s important to note that traditional powdered sugar often contains cornstarch to prevent clumping and keep it free-flowing. When substituting, keep in mind that our powdered allulose doesn’t contain cornstarch, so your recipe may behave slightly differently in terms of texture and consistency.

All of our chocolates are made, processed, and shipped directly from our facility in Southern California, United States. We take pride in crafting each order with care and attention to detail, ensuring that your chocolates are made fresh before being sent out for delivery.

Your chocolates are handmade fresh and shipped from our facility in Southern California. We typically make your chocolates within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping is via USPS Ground, taking 2-7 business days depending on your location. For faster delivery, we offer Goalz Express shipping for a flat rate of $8.99, ensuring delivery within 3 business days.

  • We also offer additional shipping options available at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping due to the perishable nature of our products.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we currently only ship within the U.S. and its territories. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and to our armed troops overseas. Please be advised that we cannot offer refunds if your order melts during shipment to these areas. Please inquire about the shipping cost.

We understand that warmer weather can be challenging for chocolate shipments. During hot months, we take extra precautions to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. These precautions include:

  • Ice Packs: To keep chocolates cool during transit.
  • Insulated Bags/Boxes: To provide an additional layer of protection.
  • Smart Processing: Our system estimates the temperature at your destination and along the shipment route, adjusting our packaging accordingly.

Please pick up your package as soon as it arrives to prevent chocolates from being left in the sun. Providing a phone number during checkout will allow us to notify you when your order arrives.

Return Information

  • Melting Issues: We have a smart processing system in place to help prevent your chocolates from melting during transit. While we take all necessary precautions, including using ice packs and insulation, extreme weather conditions can occasionally impact shipments. To further safeguard your chocolates upon delivery, we kindly ask that you provide your phone number during checkout. This will allow us to notify you when your order arrives, ensuring it doesn’t sit in the heat. If your chocolates melt significantly during transit, please contact us, and we will assist you.
  • Damaged or Broken Products: We do not offer refunds for cosmetic damage (such as broken discs or minor packaging issues) unless it impacts the safety or usability of the product.
  • Taste/Allergy Issues: Please refer to our ‘Love at First Bite’ policy.

Return Shipping and Costs:

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error, such as sending the wrong product or damaged goods.
  • Store Credit or Replacement: Once we receive the returned product, we’ll review the issue and may offer store credit or a replacement. We may also ask for the product to be sent back for further review.
  • Order Modifications: Once your order is processed, it cannot be modified. Please double-check your order and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Fraudulent Claims: We reserve the right to request additional information or deny requests if we suspect abuse of our return policy.
  • Cosmetic Damage: We do not refund for minor cosmetic issues like broken discs or outer packaging damage unless it affects the safety of the product.

This policy is designed for you to try our chocolates with confidence, knowing that we're here to make things right if you're not fully satisfied. We want you to love our chocolates, but please note that we are unable to reuse or resell discarded products, so we recommend purchasing a smaller quantity when trying our chocolates for the first time.
  • Refund Limitations: For orders over $26, we are unable to offer partial refunds, but we are committed to working with you under our satisfaction guarantee.
