I’ver reordered these chocolates a few times since I found them thru an ad either on Facebook or YouTube. They really hit the spot after dinner. I usually have a cup of tea and a goalz wafer for my dessert. My husband really likes them too and he’s not low carb.

I was so surprised how good these chocolates taste with the Allulose. I wear a CGM and it did not cause a glucose spike. Finally found chocolates that I could use for my hot chocolate and for snacking! My coworkers enjoyed it as well. Highly recommended for people on keto diet or trying to manage their blood sugar.

Delicious dark chocolates, and because allulose affects GLP-1 to reduce hunger, I only end up eating 2-3 typically, at most 5 chocolates, so just a few net carbs. And allulose carbs do not raise blood sugar or insulin levels, so it's unlikely to cause harm unlike sugar, fructose, artificial sweeteners nor digestive upset like sugar alcohols. This is important if the recipient may have health or weight issues. Gift box is beautiful and luxurious looking, showing this is a special gift and not drugstore/supermarket chocolates.

I was skeptical about purchasing at first. I have, like many other people, tried sugar free chocolates before. I didn't expect this ! My chocolates came VERY FAST...NOT MELTED... and PACKAGED BEAUTIFULLY. I couldn't wait to try them. First bite OMG 😲... my husband was outside doing yard work and I had to share some with him. He loves chocolate as much as I do. He didn't know these were sugar free until I told him. He insisted on reading the label 🤣.

GOALZ chocolate is good for your health for two reasons - 1. Chocolate contains polyphenols which feed your microbiome, whose main job is to power your immune system and protect gut wall integrity - if your gut microbiome is not healthy, then you are not healthy; 2. GOALZ uses Allulose as its artificial sweetener, which will lower your Uric Acid. Independently of everything else, clinical trials have shown that if you raise UA then you raise blood pressure, and if you lower UA then you lower blood pressure (higher UA also means more fat storage and less fat burning). Chocolate with sugar and most artificial sweeteners is horribly unhealthy due to the sugar content, and most artifical sweeteners are even worse than sugar as they harm your microbiome.

You expect chocolate to taste good, and that is indeed the case with GOALZ - don't chew it, let your enzymes dissolve it, and you will enjoy it and improve your health. What's not to like.

I have diabetes love Chocolate, but had to give it up. But now that I have had these, I feel like I have been recued. The taste is amazing, takes the edge off and I can have tree away. Love them and they don't effect suger spikes.

I bought these for my 6 year daughter who has Type 1 Diabetes. She loves them and does not really need much insulin at all for these as they do do not really affect her blood glucose levels. I loved them too!

Love Goalz chocolate! The best tasting sugar free chocolate that I’ve found. I’m a huge fan of allulose as I tolerate it the most compared to other alternative sweeteners. I’ve tried almost all of the varieties Goalz offers and they all rock! Keto for life ;)
