2-Minute Keto Panini Bread

2-Minute Keto Panini Bread

This recipe is a must for Keto Dieters.. So Easy So Quick So Forgiving

Tools and Gadgets

  • Microwave Oven
  • Panini Press (To make the Panini afterwards)

Tips

  • You may need to increase the microwave cooking time by 30 seconds, especially if you're using a counter top microwave. The microwave I used is 1200 watts, most built in microwaves are either 1000 or 1200 whereas counter top models usually are 800 watts.
  • You may omit the whey protein isolate and just use almond flour. It still comes out pretty good
  • Slice into 3 if you can so you have an extra slice of bread that you can toast or make another small panini
  • Toasters or toaster oven works really well. It also makes mean grilled cheese sandwich
